Cameron,
ReplyDeleteYou make an excellent point in your assessment of the most important resource. Exceptional marketing will help to drive customers to your business and with the remainder of your resources should convert them into long standing ones. Being an older student, I have seen the importance of surrounding yourself with quality people. Especially ones that carry your same values or at least the values that you are emphasizing in your business culture. Great job on the post, and if you would like you can read mine here. http://jww3.blogspot.com/2016/03/my-unfair-advantage.html
Good luck in your venture.
