1) This chapter was not much of a surprise. I did think, however, that this chapter was very informative. This chapter had a lot of useful information that is very practical.
2) I was confused on what a note payable was. The definition in the book was not very clear to me.
3) I would ask why the author decided to organize this chapter in this format. I think that the chapter could have been split into a part one and part two.
4) Much of this information was new to me. Therefore I do not have enough knowledge to disagree with the author on any of his statements.
